1. Overview

At Connex Containers Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our products—ranging from new and used shipping containers to container homes, mobile offices, and toilet booths—we provide a clear and fair return and refund policy. This policy is tailored to the logistics and customization involved in container sales and fabrication.


2. Return Eligibility

Due to the size, customization, and transportation of our products, returns are limited and subject to strict conditions.

You may request a return only if the following apply:

  • The item was delivered incorrectly (wrong size, model, or type).

  • The product was significantly damaged during delivery or prior to offloading.

  • The container was not customized or modified in any way prior to delivery.

  • You contact us within 3 business days of delivery to initiate the return request.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Custom-built container homes or office units

  • Modified or altered shipping containers

  • Toilet booths or portable buildings made-to-order

  • Used containers sold “as-is”

  • Containers that have been relocated from the original delivery location


3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • You cancel an order prior to dispatch or fabrication.

  • The delivered unit is damaged beyond repair or cannot be replaced with a similar unit.

  • Connex Containers Solutions is unable to fulfill the order due to inventory or logistical issues.

Refund Structure:

  • Full Refund: If the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before processing has begun.

  • Partial Refund: If fabrication or delivery preparation has started (a 25% restocking or cancellation fee may apply).

  • No Refund: Once the container has been delivered and accepted at the site, or if the item has been used or moved from its original location.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.


4. Delivery Refusal

If you refuse delivery of an item that matches your invoice and has no visible shipping damage, you will be responsible for:

  • All delivery and return freight charges

  • A 25% restocking fee

  • Any additional crane, labor, or setup costs incurred


5. Damage Reporting

You must inspect the container at the time of delivery. Any damage or discrepancies must be:

  • Documented in writing on the delivery receipt or bill of lading

  • Photographed immediately

  • Reported to our office within 24 hours of delivery

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may disqualify you from any return or refund options.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if:

  • The cancellation is requested before production or dispatch

  • Written notice is provided to info@connexcontainerssolutions.com

  • A 10–25% processing fee may apply depending on order stage

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.


7. Exchanges and Replacements

We do not offer product exchanges. However, if you receive a container that was incorrectly delivered or significantly damaged, we will arrange a replacement unit at no additional cost.


8. Disputes

All disputes related to returns or refunds must be submitted in writing. We aim to resolve complaints within 10 business days. For unresolved disputes, arbitration will be handled under Colorado state law.
